Yuvly Privacy Policy
How Yuvly handles account, health, subscription and operational information.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Important health notice
Yuvly does not diagnose conditions, recommend doses, calculate missed-dose actions or make treatment decisions. Follow the plan agreed with your healthcare provider and ask a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.
Information we collect
- Name and email address when you create or link an account.
- A user ID used for account access, optional cloud sync and subscriptions.
- Health and wellness records you choose to enter, including your medication plan, dose logs, injection sites, weight, mood, symptoms, hydration, nutrition, activity and related notes.
- Subscription entitlement and purchase history provided by the App Store and RevenueCat.
- Operational product information such as onboarding state, consent, units, reminder settings, locale, app version/build and privacy-minimized foreground activity.
- Support requests you submit.
How we use information
- Provide tracking, reminders, estimated medication-level visualizations, progress views, local reports and exports.
- Provide optional cloud sync, account recovery, data export and deletion.
- Manage Yuvly+ access and restore App Store purchases.
- Respond to support requests and maintain service and account security.
Operational app activity
After an account session is created, Yuvly may record the authenticated user ID, time, app version/build and locale when the app enters the foreground. It does not include a device identifier, device model, health value, dose, weight, injection site or free-text note. Successful records are limited to once per 15 minutes and daily activity detail is retained for 180 days.
Cloud sync and storage
Core tracking works on your device. Cloud sync is optional and requires sign-in and consent. Synced data is stored through Supabase in the Sydney, Australia region and is protected by authenticated access controls.
Apple Health and subscriptions
If you connect Apple Health, Yuvly reads only the body-weight entries you choose to share and does not write data to Apple Health. RevenueCat receives the app user identifier and purchase or entitlement information needed to provide subscription access; health values are not sent as customer attributes.
Tracking, advertising and your choices
Yuvly does not use IDFA or data for cross-app tracking and does not include advertising. In the app you can export your data, delete synced cloud data or delete your account. An App Store subscription must be managed separately in your Apple account.
Support, children and changes
Contact support from Account → Legal & Support → Contact Support or email kayalar.kerem@gmail.com. Yuvly is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the service changes; the latest version will remain available on this page.
