Yuvly Privacy Policy

Yuvly is an offline-first GLP-1 routine tracking app. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

Important health notice

Yuvly does not diagnose conditions, recommend medication doses, calculate missed-dose actions, or make treatment decisions. Users should follow the plan agreed with their clinician and contact a healthcare professional for medical questions.

Information we collect

How we use information

Operational app activity

After a Yuvly account session is created, the app records a privacy-minimized foreground activity signal. This signal contains the authenticated user ID, time, app version/build, and locale only. It does not contain a device ID, device model, iOS version, health value, dose, weight, injection site, or free-text note. Successful records are limited to once per 15 minutes, and daily activity detail is retained for 180 days.

Cloud sync and storage

Core tracking works on the device. Cloud sync is optional and requires the user to sign in and consent. When cloud sync is enabled, synced account and app records are stored through Supabase in the Sydney, Australia region. Data is scoped to the authenticated user and protected by access controls.

Apple Health

If the user chooses to connect Apple Health, Yuvly reads body-weight entries only and uses them to populate the Progress tracker. Yuvly does not request permission to write data to Apple Health. Apple Health access is controlled by the user in iOS settings.

Subscriptions

Yuvly uses RevenueCat to manage App Store subscription status. Health values are not sent to RevenueCat as customer attributes. RevenueCat receives the app user identifier and purchase or entitlement information needed to provide subscription access.

Tracking and advertising

Yuvly does not use data for cross-app tracking and does not use the IDFA. The current app does not include advertising.

Support and data rights

Users can use in-app account controls to export data, delete cloud data, or delete their account. To delete your Yuvly account, open Account tab → Delete My Account → confirm. This permanently deletes your Yuvly account identity, synced cloud records, and local Yuvly data on the device. If you have an active App Store subscription, manage or cancel it separately through your Apple account subscription settings.

To contact support or request help with your data, open Account tab → Legal & Support → Contact Support. Support requests are submitted inside the app and stored in Yuvly's support_requests queue for review.

Children

Yuvly is intended for users who are managing a clinician-prescribed GLP-1 routine. It is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when Yuvly changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
